2. Data We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to deliver conference passes, society directory services, and business networking:

• Personal Identity: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Designation.
• Society / Organization Data: Society Name, Registration Number, Flat/Unit Count, City, State, GSTIN.
• Transactional Data: Payment transaction references, order IDs, invoice GST breakup (we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials).
• Event QR Badges: Check-in timestamps and opt-in exhibitor badge scan exchanges.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely for:

• Issuing tax-compliant GST invoices and conference delegate/exhibitor entry passes.
• Facilitating verified society membership, legal advisory, and B2B vendor RFQ matchmaking.
• Sending statutory event updates, badge pickup instructions, and emergency advisories.
• Complying with municipal, security, and statutory audit obligations under Indian laws.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data is stored in enterprise-grade, encrypted PostgreSQL databases with granular Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Transmissions are secured via TLS 1.3 encryption. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing brokers.

5. Your Data Rights & Grievance Redressal
