Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent policies for delegate registrations, exhibition booth contracts, and institutional memberships.

1. Delegate Pass Cancellations & Transfers

  • Cancellation 30+ Days Prior: 100% refund (minus 5% bank processing fee) if cancelled on or before 27 October 2026.
  • Cancellation 15–29 Days Prior: 50% refund of delegate registration fee.
  • Less than 15 Days: No refund applicable due to catering and badge printing commitments.
  • Free Attendee Substitution / Transfer: You may transfer your delegate pass to another society committee member or colleague at any time up to 24 hours before the event with zero fee.

2. Exhibition Stall & Sponsorship Contracts

Because exhibition floor space is custom-allocated and blocked against floor plans, stall booking advance deposits are non-refundable after space allotment confirmation. If an exhibitor is unable to participate due to force majeure, the credit may be rolled over to the subsequent edition upon management review.

3. Society Membership Renewals

Annual society and vendor memberships come with immediate access to digital assets, legal consultations, and directory verifications, and are non-refundable once the certificate has been generated.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly to the original bank account or card within 7 to 10 working days, accompanied by a formal GST Credit Note for accounting records.
