By accessing the India Smart Society website, registering for delegate passes, booking exhibition stalls, or applying for institutional membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian central and state laws.
All registered delegates, speakers, and exhibitors must wear their official event badges visibly at all times within the Auto Cluster Exhibition Centre venue. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or revoke badges for disruptive conduct, unauthorized commercial canvassing outside allocated booths, or safety violations.
Exhibitors are responsible for adhering to fire safety norms, maximum sound decibel limits, and venue structural guidelines. Sub-letting or sharing booth space without prior written consent from Indomarhatta Trade Promotion Council is strictly prohibited.
All logos, conference names, trade compendiums, and digital assets associated with "India Smart Society" and "Indomarhatta Trade Promotion Council" are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use is subject to legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or event participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
